Preddify is an independent game. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or competition organiser, or by any data provider. Club and competition names, crests and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the teams and competitions. Match data from football-data.org.
1. Non-affiliation
Preddify is an independent prediction game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any football club, league, competition organiser, national association, federation, or governing body — including, without limitation, the Premier League, The Football Association (The FA), the English Football League, the Bundesliga, DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga, Lega Serie A, LALIGA, UEFA, or FIFA — nor with any player, manager, agent, or broadcaster.
No sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or other commercial relationship with any of those parties is claimed or implied, anywhere in the app, the website, or our store listings.
2. Club and competition names
All club names, team names, and competition names shown in Preddify are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the teams and competitions that a prediction relates to — a descriptive, nominative use. Their use does not imply any association with, or endorsement by, the owners of those names.
3. Club crests and competition logos
Club crests and badges shown in Preddify are trademarks and/or copyright works of the respective clubs. They are:
- displayed at small size, for identification only, so that you can tell at a glance which teams a fixture or prediction involves;
- not used as the app’s own branding or in its icon, never shown on their own, and never used in any way that suggests a club produced or endorsed the app. Where our website, store listings or promotional video show the app’s screens, crests appear only as they do in the app, to identify the teams;
- sourced from publicly available image sets, not obtained from or licensed by any club.
The competition logos shown beside a competition’s name (the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, the Bundesliga, LALIGA and Serie A) are trademarks of their organisers. They are shown in the same way and for the same purpose, in their symbol-only form, and come from the publicly available set at football-logos.cc, not from or under licence from any organiser.
No ownership of any club crest or badge, or of any competition logo, is claimed. If you are a rights holder and would prefer your crest or logo not be displayed, or displayed differently, contact us (Section 7) and we will comply promptly.
4. Football data
Fixture lists, kick-off times, match results, and league standings are derived from publicly available football data, including data provided by football-data.org. Preddify is not affiliated with football-data.org. That data is used under the terms on which it is made available, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate — see the Terms of Service, Section 7.
The historical results behind the win chances shown before a match come from football-data.co.uk. Preddify is not affiliated with either source.
5. Open-source software
Preddify is built with open-source software, including (among others) React Native, Expo, React, TanStack Query, and the Rust ecosystem. We are grateful to the maintainers and contributors of these projects. A list of open-source components and their licences is available on request at the address in Section 7.
6. The Preddify name and app
The "Preddify" name, logo, app design, and original text and graphics are the property of Hadarau Rares-Horatiu and are protected by intellectual-property law. See the Terms of Service, Section 9.
7. Rights-holder contact
If you own rights in any name, logo, crest, image, data, or other material shown in Preddify and believe it is used improperly, please contact us with details of the material and your rights, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or change it promptly:
